It’s time to unpack the behind the scenes processes of your business and get you set up for freedom and scalable success. Throughout the program I will help you create customized systems and on-boarding processes that work best for you. THE PROCESS

Here are the four steps we go through to get you back to feeling like your working on your business instead of in your business!

 
 

STEP 1: ASSESS

We study where your time is going now and identify what you want your ideal workday to look like. We set goals for how you want your business to operate and identify 3-4 key focuses within your business for the eight week program.

STEP 2: ORGANIZE

Next, we dive into organizing the behind the scenes of the business. This looks different for each business owner, but the goal is to start the process of freeing up mind space through tackling things like inboxes, file organization, and CRM.

STEP 3: SYSTEMIZE

Now that we have the everyday aspects of the business organized, we move into creating/documenting systems. This creates the backbone of your sustainable business growth and provides the foundation for future (or current) on-boarding needs.

STEP 4: AUTOMATE

Once we have the systems written out, we will look for ways to automate using existing technology, employees, etc. This is where we put together the whole process and seek to save the most of your time.
